Welcome to use THEJL services!
By using our Services, you are deemed to agree to be bound by these THEJL Terms of Service and additional relevant operation policies. Please take a moment to read these THEJL Terms of Service carefully.
1. Collected Personal Information
Users may access the majority of THEJL services, such as viewing and playing articles or searches, without the need to sign up for membership.
Where a user signs up with THEJL to access personalized or membership services, including auto play or favorites, only a minimal amount of personal information required for service use is collected.
- The email address used for membership verification is required for collection.
Notes: Do not set simple password, and do not use same password for your different accounts.
- The IP address, cookies, service usage records, device information, and location information may be generated and collected during service use.
2. Use of the Collected Personal Information
We carefully protect your personal information, and may use personal information only for purposes described below:
- Personal information is used to manage subscribers and service operation, developing, providing and improving existing and/or new services
- Personal information is used to verify the user’s identity when providing premium services, make purchases and payments and to deliver product and services.
- Personal information is used to relieve users in circumstances that involve security, privacy and safety and to build a usable service environment.
- Personal information is used to provide information on events and provide opportunities to participate
3. Destruction of Personal Information
Members may apply for termination of this Term of Service and withdraw from THEJL membership at any time, and in such case, we shall process such application pursuant to applicable laws, etc. without delay.
Upon termination of these THEJL Terms of Service, all data of Members including all posts related to the member’s account will be deleted and become irrecoverable, unless applicable laws and the privacy policy allow THEJL to retain a certain user’s information.
However, even in this case, posts separately stored or scrapped by other members or replies registered in public bulletin board will not be deleted, so please delete such posts before you apply for termination and then deactivate your membership.
Furthermore, personal information can be stored safely for a designated amount of time, even after the user unsubscribes, if THEJL has obtained separate consent from the user to store the personal information for a certain amount of time, or if the THEJL is obligated by law to store the information for a specific time period.
THEJL posts these THEJL Terms of Service and operation policies so that you can easily notice them and makes modifications after providing prior notification. If you have any inquiries about THEJL Services, please contact Customer Center.

THEJL knows that you care about how your personal information is used and shared, and we take your privacy very seriously. Please read the following to learn more about our privacy policy. By continue visiting the THEJL website, you are accepting this Privacy Policy.
1. Information Collected by THEJL
We receive and store any information you enter on our website or provide to us in any other way. You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but then you may not be able to take advantage of many of our special features. Generally, registration is not required to use THEJL, but in order for you to use some services, such as auto play, favorites, you must complete a registration form. As part of this registration form, we require select personal information (including your full name and e-mail address). We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. We receive and record certain "traffic data" on their server logs from your browser including your IP address, and the page you requested. We this traffic data to help diagnose problems with its servers, analyze trends and administer the website. We may collect and, on any page, display the total counts that page has been viewed. This includes User Profile pages.
2. E-mail Communications
We are very concerned about your privacy and will never provide your email address to a third party without your explicit permission. We only send out e-mails with product-related if you accept to receive them, as detailed in your account page. However, please note that in all cases you will continue to receive all system e-mails (e.g. those regarding forgotten user passwords) and legal notices (e.g. updates to our policies) from us.
3.Keeping Information Secure
Your THEJL account information is protected by a password for your privacy and security. Protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer by logging off once you have finished using a shared computer. Only our staff who need personal information to perform a specific job are granted access to it. All of our staffs are kept up to date on our privacy and security practices.
4. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time, at its sole discretion. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used. If we make changes to the Privacy Policy, we will notify you by posting an announcement on the THEJL website so you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances if any, it is disclosed.
5. Conditions of Use
If you decide to visit THEJL website, your visit and any possible dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service, including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of China law.
